5dd8 Terms & Conditions – General Rules of Use

1. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at 5dd8 and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be included on any gambling or Sports Betting self-exclusion lists, whether at 5dd8 or in government self-exclusion programs.
• Not be an employee, direct or indirect contractor, or first-degree family member of an employee of the 5dd8.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Registration process

Registration at 5dd8 is free and handled directly by the platform, with no intermediaries. During the process, you will provide your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and password. The 5dd8 may request additional identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity.

Only one account per individual. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and balances may be confiscated in accordance with section 7 of this document.

2. User Account

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account at 5dd8. Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. The 5dd8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

Account Security

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, notify the 5dd8 via live chat or by email at contato@5dd8.net. The 5dd8 may temporarily suspend the account while the incident is being investigated.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure, the 5dd8 will process any remaining balance eligible for withdrawal. Accounts with unreleased bonus balance are not entitled to the bonus amount upon voluntary closure.

Account inactivity

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. The 5dd8 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 on the available balance of inactive accounts, following prior notice by email. Once the balance reaches R$ 0.00, the account will be automatically closed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods

The 5dd8 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Pix — primary method, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Boleto bancário — processed within up to 3 business days after payment.
• Major-brand credit and debit cards.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago.
• TED bank transfer from Brazilian banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other domestic institutions.

Withdrawal processing timeframe

Pix withdrawals are processed by the 5dd8 within up to 5 minutes of the request, around the clock. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days. In cases requiring additional identity verification, the timeframe may be extended by up to 5 business days, with prior notice to the user.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used in your most recent deposit. The 5dd8 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. You may only withdraw amounts deposited with your own funds — bets placed using balances derived from fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity will be voided as described in section 7.

Duplicate deposits or errors

If a duplicate deposit occurs due to user error, please contact 5dd8 immediately. The amount will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days, provided it has not been used in any bets.

4. Sports Betting

The 5dd8 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 18 sports, with priority coverage of Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana — as well as NBB, NBA, UFC, Superliga de Vôlei, CBLOL, CS2, and more.

Bet acceptance

The 5dd8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bets at its discretion, particularly in cases of odds published with an obvious technical error or where match manipulation is suspected. Accepted bets are confirmed by a reference number sent to the user.

Results & Settlement

Bet results are settled based on official competition sources. For football bets, the result used is the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes), unless otherwise stated in the specific market. Extra time and penalty shootouts are only considered when the market explicitly states so.

Live betting and cash out

Live bets are accepted during the match with odds that update in real time. Cash out — full or partial — is available for most live markets and lets you settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated by 5dd8 based on the odds at the time and may be less than the original stake. The 5dd8 does not guarantee that cash out will be available at all times — technical issues or high traffic volumes may temporarily suspend it.

Invalid Bets

Bets on events that are cancelled or permanently suspended, on events that did not take place on the scheduled date and at the scheduled venue (where that change affects the outcome), and on markets where odds were published due to a clear technical error are considered void and returned to the user's balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The 5dd8 periodically offers welcome bonuses, event promotions, and loyalty programs. Each promotion has its own specific terms published in the platform's promotions hub, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section in the event of any conflict.

Rollover Requirement (Minimum Wagering)

Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement — the minimum amount you must wager before you can withdraw the bonus balance. The rollover is always expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received. For example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires BRL 500.00 in qualifying bets before it is released.

• Bets with odds of 1.60 or higher count in full toward the rollover.
• Bets with odds below 1.60 do not contribute, or contribute only partially, as specified in each promotion.
• Cancelled bets, bets on void events, and early cash outs may not count toward the rollover requirement.
• The bonus and any winnings from it are locked for withdrawal until the rollover requirement is met.

Bonus abuse

Using bonuses in a coordinated manner across multiple accounts, creating accounts solely to claim promotions, or betting in a way that neutralizes risk with the aim of meeting rollover requirements without real exposure is prohibited. The 5dd8 may cancel bonuses and void associated bets if such behavior is detected.

6. Casino & Slots

The casino section of the 5dd8 includes slots from certified providers, live casino with real dealers, crash games, and other entertainment titles. All available games operate with certified random number generators or live dealers supervised by licensed providers.

How Slots and Crash Games Work

The slots at 5dd8 use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure random, independent results. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game information. Previous results have no bearing on future results — every round is independent.

Crash games such as Aviator and similar titles use multipliers determined by a cryptographically verifiable, third-party audited algorithm. The 5dd8 does not manipulate the outcomes of these games.

Game malfunctions

In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a slot or casino game round — disconnection, loading error, or abnormal game behavior — the 5dd8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the amount wagered. Winnings obtained in rounds with proven malfunction will not be paid out.

Casino betting limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits per round, displayed in the interface before play begins. The 5dd8 may set individual account limits for casino bets in cases of atypical usage, with prior notice to the user.

7. Misconduct and Misuse

The 5dd8 expects all users to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on 5dd8 under the same CPF or using third-party documents.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software to interact with the platform.
• Placing bets on events for which you hold privileged information not available to the public.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to exploit promotions or distort markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or compromise the security of the platform or other users.
• Transferring balance between accounts belonging to different users.

Consequences of Violations

The 5dd8 will continuously monitor user activity to detect suspicious behavior. Confirmed violations may result in: temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance and any winnings derived from misuse, and reporting to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.

Deposits made legitimately — unrelated to the identified violation — will be returned to the original payment method after review. The 5dd8 is not required to keep an account active if there is reasonable grounds to suspect a violation, even before an investigation is concluded.

8. Responsible Gambling

The 5dd8 believes that sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. Betting should never be seen as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

Available Control Tools

All users of the 5dd8 have access to the following tools directly on the platform, with no approval process or red tape:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit for your account.
• Temporary pause: lock your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months).
• Permanent self-exclusion: request the permanent closure of your account for responsible gambling reasons. This measure is irreversible for the requested period.

10. Changes to the Terms

The 5dd8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 15 days before they take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date as described in section 2.
